After taking a week off and switching around the schedule, the Lynchburg College men s track and field team head to the two-day Captains Invitational and Combined Events on Friday and Saturday.

Over the past two days, the Lynchburg College men s track and field team competed at the Captains Invitational and Combined Events hosted by Christopher Newport University.

The Lynchburg College athletic department each week showcases a question and answer feature with our Hornet of the Week. The 20th student-athlete selected this year is men s track and field junior Brian Fuentes.

With the start of the second semester approaching quickly, it means that the indoor track and field season will resume.

The Lynchburg College men s indoor track and field team opened up its new year across town at the LU Open at Liberty University s Tolsma Indoor Track Center on Friday and Saturday.
