It was the final day of the NCAA Division III Track and Field National Championship Meet on Saturday, which meant Lynchburg College thrower Leah Heal took to the runway.

On Sunday, the NCAA announced the participants for the Division III Track and Field National Meet, and both the Lynchburg College men and women found out one athlete per team will be attending.

Several members of the Lynchburg College men’s and women’s track and field teams went to the SWAT Final Qualifying Meet at Swarthmore College on Monday, with very positive results.
